Redmore is a Redmore Group B.V. (further Redmore) is the holding company of Talent&Pro, Profource, ITDS, Triple A – Risk Finance and Vialegis; organisations with a focus on consultancy and secondment and part of House of HR. Redmore is part of the Redmore group, which will handle inquiries and requests for Redmore and under its responsibility.
We take the privacy of stakeholders such as customers, job applicants, candidates and interested parties very seriously. We will adequately and carefully protect (Personal) data that we obtain. In doing so, Redmore complies with applicable laws and regulations and its policies.
This privacy statement states how we handle the obtained personal data that via this website or social media service. It also states that we are not responsible for the accuracy of information on our website.
We do not collect any personal data that is not necessary for our purpose. As a result, it may differ per processing which personal data we collect. We collect the following data via our website or social media service:

Recruitment and Application procedure for a vacancy
In case you want to be considered for one of our vacancies via our website or social media service, we collect the following information with your permission:
- last name, first name, phone number, email address
- personal details in the resume document
We use this data for the following purposes:
- assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
- contacting a candidate
- creating a digital file of the candidate
If you prove to be a suitable candidate (during the selection procedure), the recruitment process will start. For the recruitment process we collect the following data with a view to the possible conclusion of an agreement:
- Name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
- Resume including education and skills, work history
- Results of the pre-employment assessment, employee notes
We use this data for the following purposes:
- Assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
- Contacting a candidate
- Creating a digital file of the candidate
- Conducting pre-employment screenings
If we are not able to collect this data, no agreement can be concluded.
Job placement
In the event of an open application for an employment contract or a specific assignment or, depending on whether this service is offered by Redmore , another request for mediation to work with us somewhere, we collect the same data as for the recruitment and application procedure.
Onboarding
Before you officially join us, you follow an onboarding program. We collect the following data for the onboarding program with a view to the possible conclusion of an agreement, based on a legitimate interest or based on your consent:
- Name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
- Training results
We use this data for the following purposes:
- Invite to the onboarding
- Training purposes, such as preparing for intake
We use the following tools for onboarding: Appical, MSForms or Oracle.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make user experiences more efficient.
The law allows us to store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the use of the site. We need your consent for all other types of cookies.

Permission
In some cases, we store personal data with your permission. This can be freely withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
Legitimate interest
Your privacy is very important to us. In the event that we use your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, we must weigh up interests in advance.
A balancing of interests for the importance of physical security, IT and network security, processing for research purposes, prevention of fraud, misuse of services or money laundering may work in our favour.
A balancing of interests for direct marketing or other forms of marketing, unsolicited non-commercial messages, or freedom of information of the data subject will work in favour of the data subject.
Necessity for the execution of the agreement
If you are going to apply, the processing of the personal data that you share will be based on the necessity for the execution of the agreement. Without this information, no employment contract can be concluded.
Legal basis
We only process personal data on a legal basis when you are employed. If you are employed, the processing and your privacy rights are described in our Internal Privacy Policy.
Redmore only shares personal data within Redmore with employees who need this data for the purpose. These employees treat the data confidentially. The personal data is only stored by us in the Netherlands.
Redmore engages third parties that process personal data on behalf of Redmore . These third parties are suppliers of software for business solutions, (employees of) suppliers who provide education and training and suppliers of screening solutions. Redmore concludes processing agreements with all processors of personal data.
Redmore also shares personal data with its sister, subsidiary and/or parent companies. The sharing of data within the various entities of Redmore or the sharing of data within the group of entities owned and controlled by House of HR, our shareholder, is governed by an intragroup framework agreement, where clear agreements are made about the purpose (such as (security) campaign purposes, IT purposes or for joint projects), the resources, the role of the parties and the technical and organizational control measures that the parties must take.
Redmore does not store the personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. In our considerations for determining retention periods, we take legal obligations or guidelines from the Dutch Data Protection Authority as a starting point.
With the exception of the storage of cookies, the retention periods of which are described in the cookie statement, we use different retention periods for personal data. These are described in the process. For example, we store your data to send you a newsletter for as long as this is described when you register for the newsletter.
For an application for a specific vacancy, we will store your data for up to 4 weeks after completion of the application, unless you have indicated to agree that we will keep your data longer for a future position. For job placement, we keep your data for up to 2 years after your (open) application.
Redmore takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data. Access to personal data is limited to employees for whom the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of their work.

Mention in the subject line which right you wish to make use of and use the CopyID app from Rijksoverheid to add an edited copy of your proof of identity to the e-mail, which you can address to privacy@redmore.eu.
